Ma ciao!
Praticamente è una barra che installi nel PC che è simile a quella che hanno i Mac, vai su quel sito che ho linkato, scarichi il mio pack, poi vai nella sezioni downloads e scarichi l'ultima versione del programma..
Praticamente è una barra in cui tu puoi mettere le icone dei tuoi programmi preferiti..
Se vai nella sezione About c'è pure un video illustrativo :)
